What Burdens Are You Carrying?

Chances are, there’s a lot. As women, we’re taught that we need to be everything to everyone…except ourselves. A lifetime of sacrifice can leave us feeling disappointed, burdened, even guilty. Bearing the weight of life. And that’s no way to live!

Come with me on a journey of mindfulness and self compassion, so you can arrive at a place of joy, fulfillment, and peace.

“I have never experienced anything so enriching and that has given me so much hope for joy and peace in my life. This life is all we have, and Lisa has given me a chance to experience it in all its splendor again.”

Dear friend,

I know what it’s like to be burdened by the past, by decisions that you made when you were young when you didn’t understand the impact they would have on your life. I understand what it’s like to lose someone very dear to you or to feel lonely. I get it. I get that you’ve spent much of your life supporting other people, caring for kids, parents, a spouse, and on top of that, your job or career!

A lifetime of trying to be everything to everybody is DAMN HARD!!! And I’m here to tell you – as someone who knows this in real life – this is affecting not only your emotional well-being, but your physical health as well.

None of this is your fault, and you haven’t done anything wrong. You are a human being, and everything you are feeling is part of our shared human experience. Even (and especially) the really, really hard stuff.

I’ve experienced for myself the power that combining mindfulness and self-compassion can wield. It was life-changing for me, and I know it can be for you, too. You’ve given so much to everyone else. Isn’t it time you shared some of that love with yourself?

Your own best friend is within reach. Let’s help you find each other.

With love,

Lisa

“Lisa’s knowledge, expertise, and kindness is above and beyond. She has helped me with fertility, grief, gynecological, and gut health. She has a great mix of Eastern and Western medical training and has a wonderful way of using both to promote health for the whole being. I have recommended her to many friends and will continue to do so.”

Erin M.

“I was VERY impressed with how Lisa could relate to EVERYONE in the class on a personal level. I believe all of us felt her love and her trust. You can most definitely tell that teaching this topic is a true labor of love for Lisa. She is an excellent teacher.”
